Agriblea company was founded in 1998 by Giorgio Agosta in Sicily.
Giorgio, known as Gino, desired to put the “Ciappa” sun dried tomato, on tables all around the world, an organic preservative free product, cultivated in open field in Sicily.
He used his know-how of producing the “Ciappa” Sun dried Tomato, a traditional farming Sicilian method, to produce a high quality product made in Italy and certified by BRC, IFS, Biosuisse, Globalgap.
The respect for the environment is a top priority for Agriblea company, we use traditional sun-drying method, innovative irrigation systems, photovoltaic installations and 100% compostable packaging.
Gino’s dream came true thanks to his family support and the extraordinary collaboration of his working team and today the “Ciappa” Sun dried tomato is appreciated in Europe, Japan and America.
