SUN-DRIED TOMATOES PATE’
Sun-dried tomatoes patè
Ingredients (for 3 people):
- 400 g whole wheat Spaghetti
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes of Agriblea
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 cappers
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 15 mint leaves
- 4 brazil nuts
- 2 glasses of water
- SUN-DRIED TOMATOES PATE’
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water.
Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients in the container of a food processor, until completely smoother.
Add pasta to sauce.
Sun-dried tomatoes paté is an ideal quick starter, as a spread for “bruschetta” toasted bread.

She was raised amongst the most precious raw materials: grains, vegetables, legumes and olive oils.
Her grandmother great cook, was her first teacher from who she learned the basics of the Italian gastronomy, collecting raw ingredients from the countryside and then transforming them in the kitchen. For her the kitchen has represented a magical place inside the house, it becomes a small lab where you can experiment with different recipes, ingredients, spices and flavours of the season.
