MUSSELS DESIRE
Ingredients (4 servings):
1.8 kg of mussels, 2 cloves garlic, 3 glasses of champagne
2 lemons, a bunch of parsley, chilli pepper, 100 grams of dried cherry tomatoes cherry tomatoes igp "Agriblea" products Ispica (RG). Peppercorns.
Preparation
Clean and carefully scrape the mussels under running water then rinse thoroughly.
Immerse in cold water, drain and remove those that float.
Place the wine, garlic and parsley with the chopped chilli in a saucepan and simmer a few minutes afterwards and add the mussels open far1e, cover, flame alive.
