Homemade creamy white with sun-dried tomatoes chopped
Ingredients (2 servings):
200 grams, about home-made, a pack of cream 200 ml vegetable;
a pack of bacon, fresh diced 150 gr ;sun-dried tomatoes chopped, diced cheese Emmental. a knob of butter; extra virgin olive oil q.b; about 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese;
salt q.b.
Preparation
Put salted water to boil. In a pan put a little oil and lightly fry the bacon,
then add the chopped sun dried tomatoes and let go of the flame on low heat.
After about 10 minutes, add the cream and cheese cut into cubes.
When the water boils you can already put the pasta in the meantime, add some butter or margarine as you like,
mix well and turn the ingredients
until they form a kind of white cream colored
from the bacon and dried tomatoes.
When you drain the pasta stored
a little water to cook the pasta and add to the sauce
together with the pasta into the pan and saute a minute or two
still adding two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
