CAKE WITH DRIED TOMATOES, CAPERS AND PESTO
Ingredients :
N 3 eggs, extra virgin olive oil 30 grams, milk 100 grams, 200 grams flour, baking 6 g, Gruyere cheese 100 gr, 25 gr capers, salt and pepper, pesto gr. 15, sun-dried tomatoes gr. 100
Preparation
Beat eggs with oil and milk with salt and pepper. Add the flour and baking powder sifted together, then cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and capers and finally the pesto.
Fill 3 / 4 a greased and floured cake tin. Cook at 180 C for 40 - 45 minutes"
